Metaloid Precursors, Inc., dba “Metaloids” is a privately held business, manufacturer and source of compressed germane (GeH4) gas in ultrapure form and custom-blends with carrier gases. Carrier gases include research graded argon, deuterium, helium hydrogen or nitrogen. Mixtures of germane gas with carbon or silicon precursors are also available.
We dedicate our expertise to producing the highest purity electronic grade germane gas for depositing elemental germanium structures in downstream photovoltaic, photonic and electronic devices.
We use a wide variety of cylinder sizes in aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel construction. Valves are stainless steel and have CGA 350 or DISS 632 outlets, tapped for optional restricted flow orifices.
We are also known for an excellent customer service, on-time delivery via a global HAZMAT carrier and for offering some of the most cost-effective solutions to semiconductor foundries and research laboratories.

Metaloids is located 20 minutes east of Dallas in the new Metrocrest Industrial Park in Terrell, Texas. Our 12000 square feet facility comprises three buildings on 4.5 acres of land; and accommodates R&D, quality control, offices and manufacturing.
