OUR BUSINESS

We synthesize, ultra-purify and supply pure and consistent blends of metalloid hydride gases to the semiconductor and renewable energy industries. Blends include one or more certified carrier gas(es), chosen by customer from argon, deuterium, helium, hydrogen to nitrogen.

Our products are compressed into clean DOT specification cylinders and are certified by mass and composition. These are basic building blocks for fabricating high-performance semiconductor devices, including faster silicon-germanium computer chips and amorphous silicon-germanium thin-film solar cells.

Metaloids’ process technology and engineering capabilities extend purification possibilities for electronic process gases.
